We are open for boarding! Many things have had to change due to Coronavirus. See our updated Coronavirus information page here.
Many the changes are about getting all the required information ahead of time so that you have to spend as little time in our reception as possible.
Our booking system allows us to do most of this by letting you manage your details online.
We'll need an electronic copy (photo or scan) of your pet's vaccination record sending ahead. Once we have this we don't need it sending again until you have boosters done again. You can send this by email or Facebook message to our page.
We'll request an electronic signature to replace signing our form at check-in.
We'll ask you to make sure yours and your emergency contact details are correct. We are required to keep emergency details of someone who can speak for you about yor pet if we can't contact you.
We'll ask you to update your pet's details, adding updated worm & flea treatments, insurance and microchipping details. We are required to keep this information.
Drop off and collection is by appointment only. Please reserve a time slot using the Calendly link in your booking confirmation.
Our revised opening hours are 9am - 12noon and 3 - 5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am - 12noon Sunday.
Fees are charged from the day of arrival through to and including the day of departure. There is no discount for early collection.
Payment has changed to payment on arrival. Payment by card or Apple/Google pay is strongly encouraged at this time. We can also accept payment in advance by bank transfer if you'd prefer.
The agreed boarding period is for the dates detailed on the booking. The greater of £50 or 20% deposit will be required for a peak time booking.
Deposit refund policy. Cancellation more than 30 days ahead: deposit refunded or transferred to another booking (£5 admin fee for refunds). 14 - 30 days ahead: deposit transferable to another booking. Less than 14 days before booking: deposit non-refundable

Existing clients, the email login is the address we currently send booking confirmations to. If you need to change your email address please get in touch, you don't need to create a new account.
Deposit requests can be paid securely online directly from our booking confirmations. Online booking can't guarantee availability of a particular pen.

Our largest kennels can accommodate up to 4 small / medium or 3 large dogs sharing.

Standard Kennels 

All breeds 1 dog £17.00, 2 dogs sharing £27.00, 3 sharing £35.00

Day Boarding

Arrival from 8am, Collection before 6pm

Extra Services

Sunday PM Collection between 3 - 4pm. Pre-booked only - £10
Collection from home and drop off - by quotation, from £8 one way.
Extra 1on1, walks, playtime - £6 per 20 minutes
Bathing - from £10
Grooming and Clipping from £30
We need 10 - 14 days notice for clipping bookings.

Family cat pens are subject to a 3 cat minimum occupancy charge.
